Delivery lead for the SEM Flowlines Hydrocarbon Removal Project, a $2M pipeline decommissioning project.

Designed and coordinated execution processes, improving alignment between contractors, engineering teams and clients to enhance efficiency, safety and workflow clarity. Managed planning and operational teams of twelve direct reports, optimising logistics and resource allocation. Developed tracking and monitoring systems for pipeline isolation and equipment status, enhancing process transparency and operational oversight. Led governance and performance meetings and maintained high-quality documentation, including as-built archiving and reporting via a custom database.
