About

I’m an operations and program leader based in Melbourne. Right now I lead Treatment Plant Maintenance Delivery at Greater Western Water, looking after maintenance across 17 water and sewer treatment plants and associated pump stations that supply 1.5 million customers.

Before that, I spent time at Downer, AusNet, Goldwind, Santos PNG, and ExxonMobil, working across oil and gas, mining, wind farms, and the electricity network. I've always been drawn to opportunities that take me into a new industry or challenge, especially when it's something I've never done before. The common thread has been taking underperforming operations and rebuilding them with better culture, improved systems, clearer processes and stronger accountability.

I’m also studying for an MBA at Melbourne Business School (2025–2028) to formalise the move from operational leadership into general management. I’m open to Head of Operations and General Manager roles. See my work for the details.

Outside of work and the MBA, I’m usually looking for something new to learn, try or explore. You’ll often find me out on my motorbike or hiking, but I also enjoy playing chess, experimenting with new recipes, bouldering and checking out places and activities I’ve never tried before.
