Western Process Controls: provided strategic oversight for Victorian operations, managing a six-person team, and implemented governance frameworks to enhance work processes, quality control, reporting standards and compliance across remote operations, increasing output by 20%. Nyrstar Lead Smelter (Port Pirie): directed a cross-functional team overseeing remediation and overhaul of critical equipment, establishing operational controls, process standardisation and risk management protocols for high-value assets. Coateshire: led a seven-member operations team, optimising resource allocation, standardising procedures and implementing process improvements to increase efficient, safe and client-compliant maintenance delivery by 15%.
